A regulation nobody was ready for

EU Regulation 2024/900 became enforceable in October 2025. It requires transparency for every piece of political advertising across 27 member states. Parties, NGOs, agencies, publishers. All of them now have legal obligations they didn't have a year ago.

And when we looked for software to help our customers comply, there was nothing. No tools. No templates. No workflows. Just the regulation text and a lot of confused organizations.

So we built one

AdFairly checks if your content falls under TTPA. It creates and hosts your transparency notes. It collects sponsor data. It keeps tamper-proof records for seven years. It works in all 24 EU languages. Because the regulation does too.

We are, to our knowledge, the only dedicated TTPA compliance platform in the EU. We didn't wait for someone else to build this. We read the regulation, the delegated acts, and the national implementation drafts. Then we got to work.

Why we care

Our team lives and works across the EU. Seven languages at the last count. Some of us grew up in countries where free elections were not always a given. Some of us work from countries where the threat to democratic institutions is not a headline. It's Tuesday.

When we talk about protecting political transparency, we are not reciting policy papers. We are talking about the places we live in.

The EU created this regulation because voters have a right to know who pays for the political messages they see. That's a principle worth building for.

We started Teamfluence in 2022 as a B2B platform for professional content marketers. We built it with a distributed team across Europe. It grew. It works. We know how to ship software that helps organizations manage content at scale.

In 2025, we moved our operations and infrastructure to the EU. Our customers' data and digital rights are non-negotiable. We build at the intersection of GDPR, DSA, and DMA. These are not just regulations we comply with. They are the foundation our products operate on.

That same year, TTPA became enforceable and nobody had built compliance tooling for it. Our founder spent years as a compliance officer in fintech, won the Silicon Valley International Startup Championship and the BBVA FinTech Innovation Award. He knew what compliance tooling should look like. So we built it.
